Welcome to the Speaker Hub!
The Speaker Hub provides a one-stop-shop for all of the necessary paperwork and information needed for the MNACEP Emergency Medicine Summit. This includes necessary forms, a quick list of all deadlines, a convenient place to upload your presentation as well as information about the event for speakers. We hope that by having all of this information in one place, you can easily find what you need without having to search through multiple sources or keep track of emails.

Deadlines
- December 15, 2025 – Speaker form completed (see link below)
- December 15, 2025 – Conflict of Interest form completed (see link below)
- April 27, 2026 – Presentation due to MNACEP (see form below)
Conflict of Interest Form
All speakers are required to complete a conflict of interest (COI) form in order for MNACEP to provide CME to Summit attendees. Please complete this form by December 15. Click here for instructions and a link to complete the COI.
Speaker Form
In order to have great content to not only promote our Summit, but to promote you as a speaker, we ask all speakers to complete this form. Please complete this form by December 15. Click here to complete the Speaker Form.
Presentations
Please submit your presentation by April 27, 2026. The presentations will be uploaded to a private page on this website for conference attendees to access.
