Minnesota ACEP invites organizations to participate in the Resident Career Fair, held during the 2026 MNACEP Emergency Medicine Summit on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 PM at Union Depot in Saint Paul. 

This event is designed for focused conversations between emergency medicine organizations and residents who are actively exploring practice options across Minnesota. This will be a built-in opportunity to connect while residents are already gathered, making it easy to have meaningful conversations in a short window.  Residents from Hennepin, Mayo and Regions have all been invited to attend.

📆 May 7, 2026, at Noon – 1 PM 

📍 Union Depot, 214 4th Street East Saint Paul, MN 55101 

🥼 Emergency medicine residents + organizations 

  • Each employer will be provided a small table
  • Residents will be put in small groups and will have a set amount of time to rotate between each table. The amount of time allowed per table will depend on the number of employers participating.
  • Employers are welcome to stay after 1:00 PM to answer questions of individual residents.
     

Participation in the Resident Career Fair is free. Organizations interested in additional exposure during the Summit may also choose to exhibit.  

Plan to provide residents with the following:

  1. What clinical shifts look like (pt volume, population, extender support (APPs, residents, etc)
  2. Clinical hours (shift lengths, annual hours)
  3. Locations for sites they cover
  4. Salary range would be of interest but imagine most sites wouldn’t share that widely.
